I was working in hotel reception in London. A Japanese businessman came to ask me if Mr. Ito had arrived yet. I checked my papers and answered: “No, unfortunately he had to cancel his stay”. The man seemed shocked and said: “Mr. Ito has cancer?” I tried to explain him that I did not have any information of Ito’s health condition, only of the cancellation of his room.
