In a winter night I was driving my car from Turku to Helsinki. The highway is really monotonous, mainly straight road, and darkness hid the landscape around. I was talking with my friend on a phone, using headset which isolated me even more from my environment. The road bended slightly to left, and I saw in the roadside a car flashing emergency lights. I continued driving, and after ten minutes there was again a slight bend, and a car with emergency flashes on. This recurrence of elements observed in the middle of darkness caused strong surreal déjà vu impression.
