Talking on a Lost Phone

I used to keep my mobile phone on a table beside my bed. Once my neighbor called to me and at the same time when I was talking to her I looked at the table. I said to her:”I do not know where I have put my phone” watching at the empty table. She answered: “aren’t you talking on it right now?”
